The 2010 volume of the Veterans Law Review , available online at http://www.bva.va.gov/VLR_VOL2.asp, includes very interesting articles on the Expedited Claim Adjudication Initiative, the proposed Combat PTSD Act, the restoration and modernization of V.A. educational benefits, the history of the Pending Claims doctrine, automation of V.A. claims, and an advocacy piece on "the importance of preserving the pro-claimant policy underlying the veterans' benefit scheme."
Last year's volume, still online at http://www.bva.va.gov/VLR_VOL1.asp, also has several worthwhile articles.
